Another golden year falls,
Slipping away with bliss and fading into the halls.
Memories of events, like flashes in my mind,
Still vivid as if they happened just yesterday.

It all began with disappointment and strife,
Endless trauma and battles that tested my life.
But through the struggles,
my soul was made strong,
I mastered the lessons and proved I belong.
I found my inner peace, my hidden strength,
Gathering the broken pieces, embracing their length.

Now as the year draws to a close, I see,
The cycle of time, changing like the seasons are meant to be....
