The Ruins and the Dawn
#DawningVerse

I know the hour of darkness
have heud your emptiness.
Windless and starless skies
Have made your tearless cries,
Ponderous sighs to yelling whisper
Heavy breaths and the unheard prayer.
After the ruins
Words became rubble stones and rains,
Pieces of dreams and promises
Vanished to specks of dust and ashes.
You thought through the vehemence
The bright side of that ruins,
Nothing but numbing hearts and hopelessness.
Thought all is well but dead and drown
But I know deep down,
Your mending your downhearted
As well as the dread.
After the ruins
The rose-pink and pastel oranges
Blending to fawn,
Disappearing your dark-blue dawn.
The winds start whooshing
Into your ears and tuneful's ringing
Melodiously with gentle amber light
Rises a calming bright,
A new beginning and silver lining
Emerges the sun made for your healing.
The nighttime has made all the ruins,
Making you a crestfallen.
But the dawn will give you a ray of sunshine,
And will put you on top of the cloud nine.
