When you think of depression
When you think of depression you might think of someone who never gets out of bed, someone who excessively cries, someone who doesn't feel happy...
That's true for most
but there are the people who tried to run for depression
People who hide distract; go places where they shouldn't be going, doing things that they shouldn't be doing...
That's why some people are alcoholics, drug addicts, act violent, do crimes...
they tried to hide or distract themselves from the anxiety and depressing, but their not running.
No, they are feeding it. Building it up. They want to say "help me." But they won't, why some don't want to say that the have depression they try to deny it, others try to scream but they don't know how to say "help me."
So many people who run, hide, distract, deny put theirselves in a hole not so big but eventually they think there is no way out. But there is. You're just in a blind hesitation.
Don't have to be afraid of what to come because if you have someone even if their not right infront of you.
