Friends

There are these people
You see everyday
You could cross oceans for them
But they would ask
"Who asked you to do that?"
Break your trust
And heart
And soul
Yet,
You're with them
All day.
And of Course,
You have to talk to them.
Then there are these people
You don't see them everyday
Weeks
Months
Years
Yet they pick up
Exactly from where we left.
Time
Distance
Nothing matters
Just a strong bond
They listen
They tell
They express
They love
They make the world
A little bearable.
