It was the other day,
I smiled like I had no worries,
that's because I had none,
it's when I could be happy about a very small nothing,
it's someday that I've forgotten,
the memories never seem as clear as they used to be,
it's when I was young,
it's when someone's smile would brighten my whole day,
it's the dream and vision I'm after,
it's been able to smile and make memories without worry,
it's the objective of adulthood.
