Put it down, and pick it back up,
Pace one way, and then another.
Throw the book at the wall,
Hurry,
Recollect the thoughts.
It's urging and unrepentant,
You reread it once,
Once a million times.
The pages turn on their own,
Fingers snap against the keys.
Backspace, backspace, backspace.
The book is back down,
Back to the first page,
Buzzing rebuilding.
The words are untyped,
Curser is blinking,
Ideas are fizzing.
Every page turned,
Every message sent,
Now you wait.
