Melancholy
Sadness
Overwhelmed with stress

Loneliness
Unhappiness
Feeling like a mess

No one left to talk too
No one left to trust
Writing because I have too

Lies and trepidation
Deep within my soul
Fear interrogation
In hopes that no one knows

Silent notifications
Phone in airplane mode
Internal suffocation
It’s best if no one knows.
