After the Rain
Just after a gentle shower you see a rainbow,
A bridge of colors arched in the sky's embrace,
While wandering through woods where the wildflowers grow,
Nature unfolds her beauty with elegant grace.

The scent of wet earth mingles with the pine,
Each droplet glistens like a jewel in the sun,
With a title and long poem book, I feel divine,
In this tranquil haven, my heart has begun.

The birds are all so friendly wherever you go,
Their melodies drift softly, a symphonic delight,
In every tree they sing you a chorus, aglow,
Echoing whispers of joy, lifting spirits in flight.

As I stroll through the thickets, the light weaves a tale,
Dancing on leaves like laughter, a shimmering sound,
The brook babbles secrets, with stories to unveil,
In the cool, mossy shadows, my thoughts intertwine, unbound.

Sunlight dapples through leaves, casting playful designs,
A patchwork of warmth on the forest floor,
Here, worries dissolve like mist in the pines,
Each moment a treasure, each heartbeat a score.

The butterflies flutter, their wings painted bright,
Dancing in circles, in a festival of air,
With every soft flutter, they bring pure delight,
A reminder of freedom, of life without care.

Deeper into the woods, where the wild things roam,
I find solace in silence, in whispers of trees,
Each rustle and chirp feels like a welcome home,
An invitation to linger, to savor the breeze.

I sit by the river, where the water flows clear,
Its melody mingling with the rustling leaves,
In this moment of stillness, my spirit draws near,
To the essence of nature, the peace that it weaves.

The sunlight filters down, casting dapples of gold,
On rocks that are smooth, shaped...
