I woke up today,
And I struggled to find my will
to live alittle more than usual I dare say,
I woke up today,
I wished that I didn't,
But knowing I just had to be okay,
I woke up today,
ready to fake another smile,
I woke up today,
Hoping my mental health will be stable,
Even if for a little while
I survived today,
Even when anxiety, depression,
and panic attacks where just some
of the obstacles in my way,
I survived today,
even when the voices in my head
had so damn much to say,
I survived today,
I can't promise I will ever be okay,
I survived today,
That's all I wanted to say.
