Summer has Come to an End
You may not know that in that place

I love the way I met you in summer bloom

Up there in the unconventional space

Down there in the kitchen room

People may looked at you differently

But I found the real you while sipping our coffees

In our long walks and in your touch, so gently

As I cry over onions and when pen and paper are in piece

The crowd may say things about those days

But I'll always remember the sound of drums

The way you smile while I'm raging mad under sun rays

And our kisses and hugs, undeniably warm

I'll never forget how you made me feel so gorgeous

In that month of summer rendezvous

Up there behind those two blackboards

Down in the hall as I became guilty of frauds

You may not felt it the way I did

And even if everything for you was just a mistake

Up there on the One who knew what we hid

Down here in the room full of people at stake

But now, I'll treasure all of these without expectations

And hoping that someday I'll go back with you in grace

Tracing our steps in that place without wild imaginations

Ready to remember all the amazing stories in daze

But for now, my summer love, hide those dimples

Keep a safe, good distance from my shadows

Remain your eyes and heart on my good friend

And don't ever look back on our secret adventures

For that unconventional space was now empty

There's no happy sound in that small bed

We're back to this simple, steady reality

And for both me and you, summer has come to an end
