Life is but a gamble
See the beauty of life
beneath its icy surface and above the cloudless sun painted skies
Each speckle of light is a formless number
showering the earth
giving opportunities
and recieving a spotlight on the limestone
To catch a butterfly
One has to use their sight, touch and smell
The night gives no such opportunities
but the arriving daylight waters the fresh earth shining seamlessly, the butterfly wil come to your presence.
Fluttering its wings
Without the arriving night
the day cannot be appreciated
A dark and blindsided gamble in a trail of smoke
One has to take a gamble and reach above the abyss
The sky will tear open with sunlight
arriving truthfully and gracefully.
