Waiting for the rain to stop falling
and someone to offer an umbrella.

When bridges burn down
and ties are severed
When memories become irrelevant
and the smiling faces become scars
When the laughter leaves wound
a band-aid couldn't hide anymore.

Does fate make mistakes?
When I loved you too much
but still wasn't enough
When the sacrifices were discarded
and only traces of trust remain
When love is blurring all exit
and you are trapped alone inside
