We used to practice judo together
grappling and rolling forever and ever
but then we grew up & we fell in love
I married an angel from the Father above.
It was boxing that brought us close
when we sparred, you were a lovely rose
but then you got sick and passed away
though I'd think about you and everyday.
Martial arts made me love you too
when we sparred, it was just me & you
I looked in your eyes and I just knew
we got married and ended up saying I do.
Saying goodbye to my lover in you
we both fell in love & we both said I do
it was beautiful being with you again
in you was my lover and also a best friend.
