Dreamer
when our dreams are so vivid and detailed, our minds and bodies shake.
because they’re excruciatingly
painful. sometimes the truth hurts.
sometimes it’s the illusion that paints the hurt. hence, why it’s so necessary to wake up. our conscious creates these scenarios
and chapters that doesn’t exist. sometimes the memories are from a past experience, or past life, or even matrices that only exist while we’re asleep. we tend to go back and forth, and forth and back, from past lives to past tense, all while being in a daze, in a dark room waiting to be developed, like a negative copy. what a synopsis. I wonder who creates the scenes, if I’m the dreamer? who creates the locations, when I’m the sleeper? who captures it all, when I’m shuttered? dreams, sometimes so hopeless. is it bogus, like hocus pocus or magic being poured out, like the streams in the ocean? when dreaming, I’m focused, like a time stamp, snapped in slow motion. dreams are the footprints to the future, next chapter, and sometimes happily never after.
