she suffers tremendously
her pain pulsing through, endlessly
she’s broken, giving up hope
struggling to breath and cope
her energy is fading
her strength dissipating
happiness a thing of the past
wondering how much longer she’ll last
she’s wounded and shaken
through hell she’s been taken
she’s soaking and drowning
herself she’s highly doubting
she’s gasping for breath, failing
her heart in bitter pieces is silently wailing
she’s made it this far
my throat closing from tears as I watch from afar
I want to help badly
there’s not much to do, I realize sadly
that the feeling of beyond help, should seize to overcome her
