I'd rather live trying, I'd rather live trying. because I am a doer, I'd rather live trying. I'd rather live trying than to give in to giving up. because I am a fighter. I'd rather live trying than to give in to giving up. Some people say to me, you're still trying to lose weight, you're still trying to find your better half, you're still trying to get a better job. My answer is yes, I'd rather live trying than to give in to giving up. Some say that I'm a fool and that I should throw in the towel on my dreams, my hopes, my aspirations. And I say to them I'd rather live trying, than to give in to giving up. Giving in to giving up it's not an option for me. You see, I'd rather live trying than to give in to giving up. Some people say to me you've been kicked down and stomped on and you're still trying. I say to them every kick is a boost and every try beats a failure. So I'd rather live trying than to give in to giving up.
