Have you ever experienced the speed of light?
It's not all its talked up to be,
Running with your head in the clouds,
Talking so fast, words are flying all around.
You have to catch your breath.

Do as many things as you can in a minute,
Then do more.
Racing the clock, cannot stop,
Even if you try.

Not even with loratab,
You can't slow down.
No rhyme or reason,
Where's the why?

You've over done yourself.
Sacrificed the next day;
Pain, tired, or worse.
Morning comes all over again.

That's me needing rest.
It's no fun.
It happens.
It's just me.
