Do you ever just wander?
Towards nothing and no one...
To breathe in the cool crisp air
To just look at the world through new eyes

I often feel like an outsider in this modern world
Where you don't talk to or text the one you like...just to talk
It's to a point where I don't care but I want to...but I can't

So I just breathe... I walk and breathe
I look far in the distance...knowing I'm not the only one who feels this way
Hoping I'm not the only onewho feels this way

But I can't bring myself to have faith in this false hope
I allow myself a brief second of this light but my mental experience reminds me of the dark
