Broken Hearts and Rain
Large raindrops fell that day,
A single rose left to wilt away,
Left in the darkest of streets,
Where love used to blossom once.
She stood there quietly,
Letting her tears fall like the rain,
No body saw it,
But her heart was slowly breaking.
She just stared at the man in front her,
A man she hated and loved at the same time,
A man that she loved with all her heart,
A man she also hated for breaking it.
The man stared back in pity,
His sympathy radiating off him,
He felt his guilt deep down,
But what can he do; for he loved another.
The rain continued to...

A man she hated and loved at the same time,
A man that she loved with all her heart,
A man she also hated for breaking it.
