Beautiful
Such a misused word it seems
So sad it is to me
To call one such,
Them call it a fuss
Over sensual looks
Never their inner most hooks
Though I never have given attent
To such things with which I'm not content

I never stop to stare at size
I only ever look to eyes
Into that sympathetic smile
Instead of what's the latest style
When I say pretty then,
You could say I look outside of them
But doesn't beauty go more far
Then covering yourself in tar

Anyone can look good on the out
Just paint your face and have some clout
But to be truly beautiful throughout
Show me intentions that are devout
Show me you have some dignity
Yes tis your choice, which will it be
How you go about society
Tells me far more about your beauty

When I say beauty, I don't just see
The simple leaves, upon the tree
I see the sap, that flows throughout
I see what simps, don't care about
The blood within your veins,
The honor of your campaigns,
The words you use upon your tongue,
Your boasts you choose, to go unsung

If you bring joy with you socially,
If you walk along, or stop to see
With whom would I find
You give up your time
And is such a thrill free
Or must I pay a cheap fee
Do you really care about me
Or are you just drowning, care free?

Why does every time I say the word
You churn as if I need to learn
Maybe I saw a peek of your life close up
Maybe thought you deserved a pick me up
It's so much more then just your looks
It's about when I see your inside nooks
Because I've gone a little deeper
And thought you could use a breather

The point is the word can be so much more
Then these fairly stupid tales galore
You misinterpreted my thought
Because society has you bought
To think I'm struck dead by a look
You never recall that I prefer my books
I'm looking at a very different booty
To compliment your real beauty
