Write a poem focusing on a single memory, or describe what you might imagine the typical grandmother’s kitchen to be like.




With you, I feel secured
With you, I am more than happy
With you, I feel like I'm on cloud nine
I love spending my time with you.



But that was before
That moment was a long time ago
Our time together has come to an end
But our memories are still in my heart—carved.


You're now happy in another person's arm
While I'm here keep on reminiscing the memories we had so far
I keep on asking myself "Am I not enough for you to leave me?"
Or you really didn't love me.


I just wish you two will last forever
Maybe I'll fob those memories we had together
I'll learn to move on and keep going
All I can say is that my time with you is a great thing.
