In the depths of my soul, a search did abide
For answers to questions, I could not hide
But little did I know, the truth was within
A reflection of myself, I had to begin

To find the answers, I had to lose my way
And in the darkness, I found a new day
The search was over, the journey was done
And I found myself, beneath the setting sun

Dear Life, you gave me all that I sought
But I never understood, the value you brought
You showed me the path, through trials and strife
And helped me discover, my true self in life

Your message was clear, though I never knew
That the answers I sought, were within me anew
You taught me to look, beyond the surface level
And find the strength, that I never knew I could revel

So here's to you, dear Life, a tribute to your might
For showing me the way, through the dark of night
I'm grateful for the journey, though it was long
For in the end, I found myself, where I belonged.
