Tick tock goes the clock,
Tick tock, it's time to take stock..
I took a look at my watch
expecting it to smile at me
but I got a stern look
warning me to focus and act
not sit around and worry
about the things I can't change
the past is the past
I reached within myself
and let my mind digest
what my timepiece just said
without actually using words
then it dawned on me
that I had somehow forgotten
that time waits for no man!
