All over the place
Waking each day
JOY jumping into my coffee
With a big splash
Yet deep pain still working to heal
The future isn't known
None of us do
We cannot guarantee
One moment to the next
Take some deep breaths
Just know that whatever comes next
You can handle it
Past prepares for present
Present is a gift
Readying for the future
The future - look!
