A BETTER HOME!
My mum told me I was Bright,

I was beautiful within

And told me not to fight.

People will judge me by the colour of my skin.

Today I was judged because of my Race,

So many people were spitting in my face.

My Race is Black,

Why can't people deal with that.

My Older Brother is White,

And he is allowed to fight.

He doesn't get judged by his Race

Or Spat in his face

Life is so unfair,

Why do I have to be here.

I am better of alone,

I need a better home.

I got to find another place,

Where no one will spit in my Face,

Or judge me because of my Race!

My Mumma told me to go,

And find my place that I call home.

Then she changed her Mind,

She told me to stay.

I kissed my teeth and didn't Obey.

I am on my way to Find a better home.

The sky is dark,

The wind is Strong.

Here I am walking through the night,

No one else but me,

I am alone.

Dead Bodies on the ground,

So many screams,

People howling so Loud.

This would have been a devastating...
