If only wishes can come true,
I have one or two or maybe a few,
And they're all about you,

To the stars up above
or to a resting white dove
I wish to be with you
cause you are my love.

I spare one last petal
on a flower so small
To love you or not
watch them all fall
and when that last one
hits the soft ground
a smile spreads on my face
and love is all around.
