A brand new day and I'm feeling supreme
I opened my eyes and I'm feeling redeemed
a lot has changed since I went to sleep
I woke up this morning with thoughts so deep.
Beautiful roses and beautiful lights to me
the world that I saw was happy and free
I woke up this morning with a smile on my face
I closed my eyes and I saw God's grace.
