Pictures of past days

are stored in album

The wind of my memory wakes up

like durba grass...

.

There is summer noon

in mountains of Bhutan, Buxa forest,

near the river of Toto para.

I have seen

how much butterflies' hug

flying in the Sun.

.

With a two-day-old newborn

the orange seller girl's

warm lips smile

fascinates me

even today ...

.

I touch the times, caress them,

take care again & again.

My memory album just

new to new

It's not getting old...

[ N . B -
1. durba grass is a very soft type of grass. In Hindu religion, this grass is used in many worships & ceremony.
2. Bhutan , a Buddhist kingdom of the Himalaya Mountain's eastern edge, is known for its monasteries, fortresses
& dramatic land scape. Bhutan is neighbor of India.
3. Buxa forest is a Tiger reserve & National park in northern West Bengal, India.
4. Toto people is an isolated tribal group residing only in a small enclave called Toto para in Alipurduar district of West Bengal, India. Toto para is located between West Bengal & Bhutan.
Anthropologists agree that their culture & language is totally unique to the tribe. They are nearly becoming extinct in 1950s (population- 321). Now population- 1184. ]
