There's ups and downs they say
and I have me some

Smiling in the morning
then wailing in the evening

Wanting to be six feet high
while wishing to be six feet under

Seeing light at the end of the tunnel
knowing it goes off the next minute

Doing something right
then everything wrong

Planning a future
while digging my grave

Celebrating the wins
while focusing on the fails

Feeling lucky
and so unlucky

And the worst part
knowing it never ends
