I've lost it
Yes I have
the words written by my trembling hands
on the day I never felt so blank
on an unruled off-white piece of paper
words i knew I'll cry reading later
just like my thoughts at that very moment
an inner loud cry listening those words had me broken

I hid it away
so I never drop a tear
I couldn't speak, didn't know what to say
when they broke the news that you'll never be here
Today,
I've lost that page.
