He drifted in the unknown abyss,
Roaming in the deep alleys,
where thoughts were relentless.

He searched for those thoughts who have been his old companions for ages.
But each of them seemed unknown now.

His mind and heart wrestled ...
Each pulling its way.
while his heart longed for someone,
his mind claimed the past.

His heart rejoiced at a glimpse of her face,
yet, he chose to go back to where his mind wanted.

And, once again, he drifted in the unknown abyss.
