“In this genre we call LIFE...

We are humans being human.
Either individual or group.
And our goal is and will always be one subject to focus and not ponder:

SURVIVAL.

“I am NOT here for mincing words.
Neither of you should follow nor support me in any way.

But should any of you should continue...
Remember this:

I have been around the poetry universe for well over 40 years.
I have travelled to places as if I have lived in a science fiction novel.

I have witness the best and the worst of your species you refer to as 'poets'.
I have been embraced and rejected.

I have been diverted many times from my overall mission...
And yet, like the Phoenix I still manage to rise up from the ashes.

I could be caustic and corrosive in my attitude.
Especially for the ones who see my words and choose not to usher me a single commentary or a like.

But I have said this before.
I will say it again.
And if this be my last post of poetry...
I will do whatever I can to survive.

I will follow my heart as well as my faith will spiritually allow.
I will express myself in contrast to my verbal ability to communicate.

And if I should cut...
I will cut myself with disposible razors long before I ever get a moment to get to any of you with them.
I will cut close and deep to the point of scarring.

And when I am done...
I will deal with the stubble.
I will deal with the bumps and the bruising.
I will apply the astringent.
And...I will promptly and properly heal.

Or die trying.”
