My life is an open book,
That led me through every nook,
And every corner of discovery
Of life's long journey,
Has me wondering in disarray,
Considering the emotions that attack my conscience,
My mind drifts off on a voyage to the seven seas,
With the waters splashing riptides
That uplifted fear of me drowning inside my thoughts,
Being kept victim by the toxic sorrows I thought I escaped,
Narrowing down my route for happiness.
While fulfilling desires to be an intricate being,
I ended up facing judgement in my own court,
With a hypothetical judge and jury,
I chose to plead myself guilty of the crimes
that were nonexistent,
With regards to an atrocious plea for innocence,
My mind sustainably harvested pessimism as a weapon,
A sword forged to butcher expository thoughts,
With a sharp cutting edge: my confidence expanded
As I rose to challenges that my society had pending for me.
While one stands tall to be a peacemaker,
The urge and desire to be an open book,
Remains anonymous as a flinch of hesitation rises in anticipation of mistrust.
We live in a world where we choose to open up to an audience with no spite of confidentiality.
The mere existence of a confidant has led to the extinction of humanity obtaining telepathic powers.
We hold more secrets against one another as humans more than animals have chances of gossiping with plants.
But with an extract of clarity I get to view my life bloom like roses just before valentine's day,
I get a vision emancipated by endurance and stamina for a better future.
There is always going to be light at the end of the tunnel as we pick our paths to effective communication,
Living on equitable ground, eliminating societal norms that bridge society from being one home.
