To be human
What's human without flaws,
What's joy without sadness,
And if life is a journey without end then what's hope,
And If there is no hope, there will be no tomorrow.
To be human is to err and forgive,
A chance to mess up and makeup,
Makeup and breakup,
A seesaw of mood swings.
To be born and to give birth,
From an infant to a young man,
From cute eyes to grey hair,
A roller coaster of emotions.
A stream of nightmares and dreams,
A bittersweet taste of its cream,
From the rising of the sun,
Awaits the tomorrow unknown.
To be on time and to run out of time,
To be loved and to be hated,
To be high and low,
A variant in culture and race,
In Crisis and celebration,
A taste of joy and pain.
Naked we come and naked we shall go,
We will eventually run out of time,
When everything fades away,
vanity upon vanity to every miserable soul.
