Whispered parrot to a Pigeon;
"Blessed be you and your nest,
For its the most spectacular birdhouse I've beheld in years.
Swinging underneath a bridge,
with the wild breeze blowing all day.
The mighty river streaming beneath
waves yearning to touch you.
Richly gifted, You own a portion of paradise".

Responded The Pigeon;
"Blessed be you too, my feathered friend.
Undoubtedly, richly blessed I am.
Can’t thank God enough for all the mercy He has drizzled upon me".

And parrot flew away, envied,
Begrudged, Cursing its destiny.

Underneath the bridge, The Pigeon sighed,
"Little do they know,
About the horrors and the cruelty of this place,
These cruel winds push my newborns from cradle edge,

The mighty waves which appear mesmerizing,
crush those wingless newborns against rocks.

This birdhouse is
a curse masquerading as a blessing.
