Homecoming of the King
They shut me up tight,
Buried me deep down in the deepest of pits,
Painted me black and abandoned me to the snarl of wolves,
Left me to the roar of the lions and to the fangs of venomous snakes
Was left to the mercy of beasts
And almost became their feast
Went weeks without bread and almost died out of thirst

The sun hungrily baked my soft skin and I froze from the heavy rains
I was so emaciated, that the gods won't accept me as a sacrifice

They stole my strength, my destiny and my all,
But little did they know, that they were making me stronger, better and mightier!
I'm coming back, coming back home, to take what's mine, my throne as King!
