My mother's love, a guiding light,
My mother's touch, my heart's delight.

Your arms are haven where i hide,
Your voice, soft that can calm every tide.
With every word, my soul took flight,
In your love i knew i was alright.

Perhaps in dreams, i will see your smile,
And wake up to a happy fresh mind,
Or maybe in another's caring eyes,
I will find a glimpse of that motherly lovely suprise.
