Deep in my heart, a hush descends,
Like noon in the heart of the night.
Beneath the silent gaze of the moon,
I listen to tiny insects' lullaby,
Their chubby mouths in quiet song.

Oh, God! How wondrous is this night,
In the embrace of profound calm.
Silence stirs within my soul,
A reminder of the worth I hold.

My life, my world, my heaven's grace,
