A time when we were us
A girl that just wanted me for who I was
But my demons kept clawing at my heels
Dragging me deeper into the darkness
Into a hell you couldn't follow me into
Spent years dancing with the devil
Until I finally slaughtered my demons
I found my way back into the light
But by the time I did
My Angel was gone
