It's been raining for hours,
Admired its misty view from the window,
Could hear the wind and the showers,
While you lay your head on my pillow,
Hearing the softness of your breath,
As you slowly plant tiny sweet kisses on my forehead.

I close my eyes feel the warmth of your lips,
You whisper sweet nothings which turn to giggles,
You reach out for my hand,
Kiss it with so much tenderness,
Our eyes meet and we both become speechless,
Let alone our hearts speak their own language.

Could feel your arms wrapped around my tiny waist,
As you hold me closer to you,
Security, love and comfort there is,
Just you being there,
There's nothing I could ask for more.
