In the depths of trust, a bond so strong,
I believed in you, where I belonged.
But in a moment, the truth unveiled,
And my heart shattered, hopes impaled.

The moment I realized, a painful sting,
That you, my dear, were not everything.
Words spoken with deceit, a web of lies,
Betrayal's bitter taste, a soul that cries.

The world turned gray, my trust now lost,
A heavy burden, a painful cost.
The person I held dear, now a stranger,

A phoenix from ashes, I'll reach the skies.

And rebuild my trust, with all my might.

Though scars remain, a reminder of the past,

Wiser, braver, ready to explore.
