She pranced through the forest covered in snow,
with howling winter wind,
thats freezing each blow,.

She carried a sword on her left hip,
Green hood on her head,
all you could see were her lips.

She was on a mission to help the princess who lived far away,
locked away in cottage hiding each day,
they fought for each other,
to hear freedom ring,
As she stepped up to the river,
the cold started to sting.

"Why am I doing this?"
"What's this all for?"
"Why do I wish we could be something more?"
"Why even bother?"
"Why even care?"
"Wasn't she taken for good reason she's there?"
These are all thoughts the knight would repeat,
as she treated on clenching her feet.

Suddenly a Wizard appears,
riding a rather large polar bear.
"What do you want in this part of town?"
He says to the knight arms crossed and a frown,
"I've come for a potion, I have a trade to spare,
enough money in pocket to make this fair."
She tells the man what enchantment she needs for princess awaiting,
desperately needs.
He nods his head and they're both on their way.

She arrives to the cottage, the princess awaits,
in a cold darken room,
knights hoping she not late,
Princess drinks her potion,
all dreams came true,
She was a different person,
all brand new.
