The Flame
She was a wild, blazing flame, high on paraffin
Rapidly spreading destruction, burning away dreams
Her soul was a pitch black ash, with not a single hint of light
Her heart was a nebulous memory that never came to sight

She was a hot red fire
Cursed with material desire
Her trust had lingered away
To a blizzard where her flame could not stay

May this flame die out oneday, as all the stars in the sky
May her residue wash away and death be upon her hottest lie
May the blizzard bring bliss to those whom the fire had cruelly burnt
And may her death be a good lesson that any flame has ever learnt.
