Have you ever been in danger? A life and death situation? Write a poem about the feeling of hurting yourself really bad.

I don't really know,
but I think of it somehow.
Life or death...is always the question.
Nevertheless, I do question the question.
Did I really ever wish to die, or did my mind just lie?
I thought about death in many ways, but was there really a place in my head for wanting?
What I really wanna kill are my thoughts... because my mind tells me that I don't deserve to think anymore.
