You watched me sink even before I could think you watched me fall apart even before I could take the lead and I loved you to death even before I could live.

I was lost even before I was hurt and my heart was broken even before I woke. I still watch the stories in every memory and my heart still aches from every thought, does love come with so much pain?!

You loved it when I lost myself, and you turned off the lights when I couldn't find myself.
I thought love was a blessing but you came as a lesson.
