Sometimes,

To appreciate the taste of rainbows
We have to endure the darkest storm
Hail and rain, the way the gale goes
Leaving our mental an physical torn

But know,

Rain will stop and winds will cease
Clouds will break and sun will shine
And at that point all sours will leave
Leaving only the sweets of feeling fine
