I drove in the wrong direction
It was such an honest mistake
And as I drove all the way home
I thought where's my birthday cake.?

I went to the local amusement park
And went boating on the lake
The only question I asked myself was
Where's my birthday cake?

I went to my nearest restaurant
Thought I'd have a medium rare steak
The thing I really wanted to know was
Where's my birthday cake?

My present to myself is a holiday
I really do need a break
But before I go home and start packing
Where's my birthday cake?

Now I must be homeward bound
I'm struggling to stay awake
And on the table in my kitchen
I will find my birthday cake. 🎂
