How can one explain trust? the pouring rain leaving you to rust,
or waking up to a new day a new age
leaving the pain in the dust.

Can't really count how many I know have broken this sacred bond, letting it drift away like the ripples in a pond,
most would tell you that you can't carry on.

New people come spreading hate and blame leaving you to dust, Others come to help you adjust. Look left then right, is that someone you can trust?
