It's been years perhaps that
We talked last.
Was it 18 or 20 years back?
And, are you aghast?
As to why would I keep a count,
Why would I still remember the past??
Has it always been this easy for you,
Or was the list really vast?
Was I too, as irrelevant,
As people from your zing and blast?
The questions haunt me,no doubt.
But I have self-promised, I won't ever ask.
