the plans we have made,
make me excited for the future.
when i get to make breakfast for you,
while you’re curled up on the couch.
you can make those yummy sugar cookies,
as i do my crossword at the kitchen table.
we can have small decorations,
that make the place our home.
we can make great memories,
all while living our lives, together.
